All About Indigos

The first Indigo to achieve fame and fortune was not a political figure. It was Tiger Woods, the golfer. Early Indigos have not had it easy. If you look at the images below, you can immediately see their charisma, their charm, and their positive outlook. What do they have in common?

Some things seem obvious:  four are brown, they all look to the future instead of the past, and each one has the capacity to focus with single-minded intensity. But there are other characteristics as well.

• They make waves in their arena.
• They don't do things in a way others of us would consider "traditional."
• They "shine," a definite characteristic of  Humanists and Artists.
• They are talented in their field.
• They all use some form of technology or media to promote themselves or their cause.

 Time Magazine has just announced its "Person of the Year" for 2011. It is the Protestor,  an acknowledgement of and tribute to the thousands of unnamed individuals around the world who have banned together in the name of freedom from injustice.
